Development phase
By signing in and using the service, you acknowledge that the service is provided as-is during the current development phase. You are responsible for verifying charger status, charging sessions, billing data and operational actions before relying on them.
No compensation for project limitations
The service provider is not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, incorrect charging decisions, interrupted availability, delayed updates, device communication issues or other consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Operational responsibility
Do not use this service for safety-critical operations where delayed, missing or incorrect information could cause damage, injury or financial loss. Always verify important charger actions and operational status through suitable independent checks when needed.
Future paid plans
Paid service levels, subscription plans and additional commercial terms may be introduced later. Continued use of paid functionality may require acceptance of updated terms.
